KRAUSE Ansgar

Ansgar Krause is a professor for guitar and teaches at the University of Music Saar in Saarbrücken and at the University of Music and Dance in Cologne. He has become known for his numerous arrangements for guitar, guitar duo and voice and guitar, published by Schott and Breitkopf & Härtel. His work concentrates mainly on the compositions of Johann Sebastian Bach. His recording of the four lute suites of Bach is the first to present these works in the original key.
