Description

Manrique y la Luna is a fantasy for Violin, Cello and Guitar. It is inspired by Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer’s “El rayo de Luna”, a legend that tells the story of Manrique, a tormented man who falls in love with a ray of moonshine by mistaking it for a woman.

It was premiered in Bettmeralp, Switzerland in January 2025 by Trio De Chirico (Eleonora Matsuno, Cosimo Carovani and Giacomo Susani).
